Second International Workshop on Post-quantum Cryptography

The Second International Workshop on Post-quantum Cryptography (IWPQC 2021) will be held during 10-11 December 2021 in conjunction with Indocrypt 2021. The workshop is supported by the `Research Exploratory Project' at IRT SystemX, Palaiseau France, in cooperation with the Center for Cryptography, Cyber Security & Digital Forensics (C3SDF), LNMIIT Jaipur. The idea of post-quantum cryptography has gained popularity over the last decade due to its significance as a quantum-secure alternative to conventional public-key cryptography which falls prey to faster computational resources due to the provenance of quantum computers. The workshop aims to offer a platform to the participants who are interested in exploring state-of-the-art post-quantum cryptography and give them a glimpse of the NIST finalists and alternatives. This workshop will be a remote event over the virtual platform and will be organized as a lecture/tutorial series covering various aspects of post-quantum cryptography.

The first edition of this workshop (IWPQC 2020) was successfully organized last year as an affiliated event of the 15th International Conference on Risks and Security of Internet and Systems (CRISIS 2020). IWPQC 2020 included talks on topics such as "Lattice-Based Zero-Knowledge Proofs", "Assessing Residual Security of Lattice-Based Cryptography", "Quantum and Post-Quantum Cryptography Complementarity", "Code-based Crypto and HyMES", "Code-Based Cryptography is Ready for Post-Quantum PKE Standardization", "Lossy CSI-FiSh: A Practical and Provable Secure Isogeny-Based Signature", and "Hash-Based Signatures".
